Terms of use

By creating a Linkium page you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose, and it describes the service as it exists today: a free alpha, run by one person.

The service

Linkium gives you a public page at linkium.bio/your-handle holding the links, projects and social accounts you put on it, plus analytics about your own page.

It is offered free and as-is. There is no payment, no paid plan, and therefore no service-level promise: the site may be slow, may break, or may be taken down for maintenance without notice. A paid tier is advertised as “coming soon” on the home page and does not exist yet: nothing on Linkium can be bought today.

Your account

• Give a real email address. It is how you sign in and the only way to reach you.
• Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
• There is no password reset yet. If you lose the password to an email-and-password account, that account cannot currently be recovered. Signing in with GitHub avoids this.
• One person, one account, unless you have a reason and are not using it to squat handles.

Handles

Handles are first come, first served, with a few reserved for the operator or because they collide with app routes. Registering handles in bulk, or holding one purely to resell it, is not allowed and those accounts may be removed. Deleting your account releases your handle immediately.

Your content

What you publish stays yours. You give Linkium only what it needs to run: permission to store your content and show it on your public page and in link previews. That permission ends when you delete the content or the account.

Do not use Linkium to publish or link to:

• malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive people into giving up credentials or money;
• content that is illegal where you are or where the servers are (Singapore);
• sexual content involving minors, or content that harasses or threatens a specific person;
• impersonation of someone else, whether by handle, name or avatar.

Linkium does not review pages in advance. If something in this list is reported and confirmed, the page and the account can be removed without warning.

Fair use of the service

Do not attack the service or use it to attack others: no attempts to break authentication, no scraping the site in bulk, no flooding the API. Requests are rate-limited, and abuse is grounds for removal.

Analytics

The counts shown on your dashboard are best-effort. Repeat views from the same visitor are de-duplicated on purpose, ad blockers hide some traffic entirely, and none of it is billing data. Do not treat it as exact.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; everything goes with it. Linkium may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, and may shut the service down, since it is an alpha. If that happens, reasonable notice will be given on the site where possible so you can take your content elsewhere.

Liability

Because Linkium is free and provided as-is, it comes with no warranty, and the operator is not liable for losses arising from using it or from being unable to use it, including lost data or lost traffic. Keep your own copy of anything you would miss.

Changes

These terms may change as the service grows out of alpha. The date at the top says when they last did.
